Description Four McDonnell Douglas F-4J Phantom II fighters of U.S. Marine Corps fighter squadron VMFA-333 Fighting Shamrocks on the flight line at Naval Air Station Cubi Point, Philippines, on 1 June 1981. The aircraft visible are: F-4J-29-MC BuNo 153787 (c/n 1906), this aircraft was converted into an QF-4S and destroyed on 21 July 2000; F-4J-29-MC BuNo 153791; F-4J-31-MC, BuNo 153845 (c/n 2263), which was converted to an F-4S and retired to the AMARC as 8F0134 on 21 November 1988; F-4J-34-MC BuNo 155783 (c/n 3028), which was also converted to an F-4S and retired to the AMARC as 8F0248 on 10 December 1986.
