Description U.S. Navy Lt. Cmdr. Christopher Tabert, F-35C instructor pilot of Strike Fighter Squadron 101 (VFA-101) flies in formation with a Boeing F/A-18F Super Hornet of VFA-122 prior to landing at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida (USA) on 22 June 2013. VFA-101 received the Navy's first F-35C Lightning II carrier variant aircraft from Lockheed Martin and serves as the F-35C Fleet Replacement Squadron, training both aircrew and maintenance personnel to fly and repair the F-35C.
