Description Bitburg, February 25th 1994. These 4 F-15s had BT on the port side and SP on the starboard side! On this date 53rd FS officially moved from Bitburg to Spangdahlem, changing from 36th FW to 52nd FW. The Eagles already had SP-codes painted on both tails, but on the port side this code was covered by sheets of paper with the BT-code. During a ceremony the old codes were removed. Then the Eagles flew (all the way) to Spangdahlem.
