Description A U.S. Navy Grumman F-14A Tomcat of Fighter Squadron VF-14 "Tophatters" clears the flight deck after a wave-off during flight operations aboard the aircraft carrier USS John F. Kennedy (CV-67), in 1975. VF-14 was assigned to Carrier Air Wing 1 (CVW-1) aboard the JFK and had just converted to the Tomcat.
