Description A U.S. Naval Reserve Grumman F-14A Tomcat from Fighter Squadron 301 (VF-301) "Devil's Disciples" prepares to launch off the deck of the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN-68), 1 August 1992. In the foreground is a Grumman A-6E Intruder (BuNo 155694) from Attack Squadron 304 (VA-304) "Firebirds" taxiing by. Both squadrons were assigned to Reserve Carrier Air Wing 30 (RCVW-30).
