Description A U.S. Navy Grumman F-14A Tomcat from Fighter Squadron VF-2 Bounty Hunters climbs with its afterburners ignited, in 1989. VF-2 was assigned to Carrier Air Wing 2 (CVW-2) aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ranger (CV-61) for a deployment to the Western Pacific and the Indian Ocean from 24 February to 24 August 1989.
