One storey local grade accomodation building. Built before 1822. A 1864 map shows as one storey building stand in this plot. Remodelled in the last quarter of the 20th century. Plaque on its facade: ~~"Inkey House. Building of local importance. In the early 19th century this property owned by pallini noble Ádám Inkey landowner of Nagyrécse. Since middle of the 19th century owned by Mrs Ferenc Zsombor graf Berta Hugonnay. Here spend last years Tivadar Inkey since 1887. Rented by servant courthouse in 1892. From 1905 dr. Károly Szigethy, forensic doctor, lived here, and from 1949 it was the house of the First Funeral Insurance Association of Nagykanizsa // The memorial plaque was erected in 2006 on the 15th anniversary of Balassa Architect Studio Ltd." For a few years from 1892 the district court and the land registry office were located here. Kálmán Hugonnay lived in this house, who became a judge of the Kanizsa court in 1875. At the end of 1892 he retired and moved to Budapest. One of Kálmán Hugonnay's sisters was Dr. Vilma Hugonnai (Hugonnay), Hungary's first female physician. dr. Károly Szigethy was the chief pulmonologist of the Archduke Joseph Sanatorium Association in Nagykanizsa. - 19 Fő Road = 18 Kölcsey Street, Nagykanizsa, Zala County, Hungary.

Egyemeletes ház 20. század utolsó negyedében, a tetőterét beépítették - Emléktáblájának felirata: "Inkey-ház helyi jelentőségű épület. A 19. század elején pallini Inkey Ádám nagyrécsei földbirtokos városi háza állt itt. A század közepétől Zsombor Ferencné, gróf Hugonnay Berta tulajdona lett. Emeletét 1887-ben, élete utolsó évében Inkey Tivadar (máshol: Tódor!), 1892-ben a szolgabírói hivatal bérelte. 1905-től dr. Szigethy Károly törvényszéki orvos, 1949-től a Nagykanizsai Első Temetkezési Biztosító Egylet háza volt.// Az emléktáblát álllíttatta a 2006. esztendőben a Balassa Építész Stúdió kft. fennállásának 15. évfordulóján". + 1892-től néhány évig itt volt a járásbíróság és a telekkönyvi hivatal is. Ebben a házban élt Hugonnay Kálmán aki 1875-ben a kanizsai törvényszék bírója lett. 1892 végén nyugdíjaztatta magát és Budapestre költözött. Hugonnay Kálmán egyik testvére volt Dr. Hugonnai (Hugonnay) Vilma az ország első orvosnője. dr. Szigethy Károly a kanizsai József Főherceg Szanatórium Egyesület tüdőgondozó főorvosa volt.
