English: Fællesskabets Mindelund af 1969, a memorial for Danes serving in the German army at the Eastern Front during World War II. It's located at Kongensbro near Silkeborg in Jutland.
Dansk: Fællesskabets Mindelund af 1969, et mindested over danske i tysk tjeneste på Østfronten under 2. verdenskrig. Beliggende i Kongensbro ved Silkeborg i Jylland.
INFORMATIONSTAVLE FOR
FÆLLESSKABETS MINDEFOND AF 1969
Grundstykket er skænket til foreningen af Harry Jensen
for at få indrettet en mindeplads i Danmark til ære og
minde om de danskere som deltog i 2. VK på tysk side.
Pladsen blev indviet den 25. september 1971 med
deltagelse af tidligere frivillige soldater under 2. VK fra
hele Europa.
Pladsen har siden oprettelsen været genstand for en
del uro samt hærværk på mindesten og kors.
Foreningens formål er: "at indrette og vedligeholde en
mindeplads for faldne danske statsborgere i tysk
krigstjeneste under 2. verdenskrig samt for ofrene for
den menneskeretsstridige tort og afstraffelse efter
krigens ophør.
Der udover er det FM's opgave at opretholde og
udbygge kontakten imellem alle, der sympatisere med
den danske krigsindsats på tysk side, samt at udbrede
kendskabet til den mest muligt."
Foreningen er upolitisk og ønsker, at være med til at
give information om de militærhistoriske og
samfundsmæssige kendsgerninger under 2. VK.
