Description
English: Eyelash fungus. So-called because the edge of the disc is surrounded by tiny brown hairs. In some species they can be over 1 mm long. The largest of these specimens [which are Scutellinia umbrarum] is 2 cm diam. They grow on wet wood and soil - these were on the margin of the mill pond at Hangingshaw 569335.
