Description
English: The file shows a process of extracting Marula oil known as odjove in Namibia. It's extracted by pounding the fruits produced in seeds of Marula kernels,squeezing them with a pinch on a motor. Adding few water and squeeze hard until it form a cake on one side and the oil collects on the other side.
