Photograph of an exterior view of the bells and cross at the Mission Santa Ysabel, San Diego, 1902. "The most primitive church in the world." The only visible structures are a small stick and grass building with a rough wooden ladder leaning against it, a tall wood branch cross in the foreground, and a branch frame holding two bells. The slope behind the structures has a little vegetation on it. Copyright April 3, 1902.
