Description
English: A Russian MI-8 returns one of the Expedition 45 crew members to the Zhezkazgan Airport in Kazakhstan after Oleg Kononenko of the Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos), Kjell Lindgren of NASA and Kimiya Yui of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) landed their soyuz TMA-17M spacecraft in a remote are outside of the town on Friday, Dec. 11, 2015. Kononenko, Lindgren, and Yui are returning after 141 days in space where they served as members of the Expedition 44 and 45 crews onboard the International Space Station.
