A series of caves that quotes the meaningful thoughts for each and every signs of Buddha. There are about 32 caves including the incomplete caves in the monument. The last last cave is the summation of all the positions of Buddha starting from the first stage of meditation to the resting stage of Buddha. The cave serves as a religious heritage for Buddhist monks who worship Buddha in different ways by hitting the pillars in the caves for the devotional music while worshiping and pouring water in front of the Buddha idol carved which reflects the idol on the floor. The caves also stands as UNESCO World Heritage Site. The caves were discovered 1000 years ago by archaeologists which still remains with the idols carved. The idols were painted, coloured with the help of cowdung, clay, oil and other natural elements which brings the cave more and more highlighted!!
