Description
Deutsch: Die Schülerin Eva Verena Gross Schloffer (* 9. September 1910 in München; † 5. Februar 2005 in Zürich) am südwestlichen Eck des 1930 gerade im Bau befindlichen Mädchenhauses der Schule am Meer im Loog auf der Nordseeinsel Juist. Sie war die erste außereheliche Tochter der mit Otto Gross verheirateten Frieda Gross (1876–1956), geb. Schloffer, und dem Kunstmaler und Anarchisten Ernst Frick. Sie hatte zwei jüngere Schwestern, Cornelia Gross (1918–1995) und Ruth Gross (1920–1963). Ihre Mutter Frieda war mit dem Kuratoriumsmitglied der Stiftung Schule am Meer, Elisabeth Jaffé, geborene Freiin von Richthofen, befreundet, mit der sie zusammen dasselbe Internat besucht hatte. – Der Ausschnitt, in dem Eva sitzt, wurde mit Klinker vermauert, darüber ein Fenster eingebaut.
