| Description |
English: Eustace Lock, Grand Canal, Dublin The Grand Canal was opened in 1756 and links Dublin with the Shannon. The Eustace Lock is at the intersection with Leeson Street. It's been upgraded in recent years with the replacement of the grassy banks by stone cobbles. Moorings were provided here for canal users visiting the city centre. |
