| Description |
English: Etap hotel Newport The Etap hotel was opened in 2008 on a site previously occupied by Euro Commercials Haulage, who moved to a larger site in the Corporation Road area of the city. The hotel has 103 rooms. It is very close to the M4 motorway, indeed only the footpath from the motorway underpass separates it from the motorway wall seen in the distance, and the motorway slip roads are only about 100 metres away. The edge of Malpas fire station can be seen at the left of the photo.
