Description
Français : Alsace, Gundershoffen, 56 et 58 Grand'rue

Etablissements Alfred Bertsch et Maison de Maître Ancienne usine à Papier Héliographique, fondée par Alfred Bertsch en 1880 et construite en 1884. Elle a été exploitée jusqu'en 1972. Dans cette usine il a exploité un brevet permettant de reproduire des documents grâce à l'action du soleil (papier héliographique). La fabrique fut construite à côté de la maison d’habitation, avec 2 entrées sur la Grand-rue.

La maison de maître fut achetée vers 1840 par Philippe Lucien Bertsch, le père d’Alfred Bertsch. En 2024, la famille est toujours propriétaire de l'ensemble immobilier (6 générations)
