Brian Van Vliet, a native of Fort Washington, Md., and platoon leader with C Company, 2nd Infantry Battalion, 7th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division at a presidential visit with Soldiers in Jõhvi, Estonia, May 9. Soldiers assigned to C Company, out of Fort Stewart, Ga., as well as A Troop, 1st Squadron (Airborne), 91st Cavalry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team, out of Grafenwohr, Germany, are in Estonia supporting Operation Siil in conjunction with Operation Atlantic Resolve, an ongoing multinational partnership focused on joint training and security cooperation between U.S. and other NATO allies.
