Description
Español: Espada corta terminada en "lengua de carpa" con hoja de tendencia pistiliforme, marcado nervio central, filos muy desgastados y pátina de color verde oscuro. La empuñadura, calada y con pomo ovalado, está rematada en botón cilíndrico. Presenta tres orificios para remaches en la lengüeta y uno más a cada lado de la guarda, en uno de los cuales se conserva el remache. En los flancos de la lengüeta y en la hoja, a la altura de los recazos, se observan restos de una decoración puntillada. Pieza casi completa a la que solo falta la punta. Bronce Final. 1150-850 a. C. Procedencia: Paredes de Nava (Palencia). Longitud: 34,50 cm; anchura: 4,90 cm; grosor: 1 cm; peso: 266 g. Nº inv. 10219. Museo Arqueológico Nacional de España.
