The blessed Bible, so long Jiiddenfrom the people in an unknown tongue, and confined tothe cloister, is now read in all the languages of earth.Its precious seed-thoughts scattered broad-cast, are takingroot in all lands, bearing fruit for the nourishment of thepeople and sending sweet fragrance to the skies. Theold temple, with its pictures and images, musty with therelics of paganism, is beginning to decay. Another isrising in its stead, grander in its proportions and moresimple and beautiful in its structure, built upon thefoundation of the prophets and apostles, Jesus Christhimself being the chief corner-stone.
