Saint Muadain's Church, Mullanderg, Trough Barony, County Monaghan, Ireland


English: Stained glass window in the sanctuary, depicting Saint Bartholomew in its centre light. The left and right light refer to the dioceses of Clogher and Armagh, respectively. The bottom lines read: “Sacred to the memory of Thomas Anketell Esquire of Dungillick a descendant of the ancient family of Shaston in Dorsetshire in England who during the many years of an honourable life afforded a worthy example of a highminded and honest man, a just and impartial magistrate, a faithful friend & consistent Christian, he was born at Dungillick on 1st Sept 1791 and he died Jan 8th 1868 15th Psalm”.
