Description
English: The erratic stone block Cionstoan on the Seiser Alm.
Deutsch: Erratischer Dolomit-Block Cionstoan auf der Seiseralm. Geologisches Naturdenkmal: gewaltiger Dolomitblock mit überhängenden Wandflächen. Um den "Cionstoan" rankt sich eine Sage: In Kastelruth lebte ein Bauernknecht namens Kachler Hans. Es hatte eine eigene Bewandtnis mit ihm - auf dem Schlern tanzte und lachte er mit den Hexen. Einmal wurde er richtig wild. Eine junge Hexe wollte ihn nicht so recht ernst nehmen, da überkam ihn eine heillose Wut. Er ergriff einen der dort oben umherliegenden Felsbrocken und schleuderte ihn weit hinaus ins Leere. Der haushohe Klotz landete schließlich drüben auf der Seiser Alm.
