Rathaus der Ortsgemeinde Erpel

1780 im barocken Stil als Rathaus der Bürgermeisterei Erpel von Maurermeister Franz Ignaz Freeg entworfen und gebaut.
1803 - 1966 im Besitz des Kirchspiels Erpel, wozu auch die Orte Bruchhausen, Heister, Niederkasbach und Orsberg gehörten.
1816 - 1822 Residenz des Landrates des preußischen Kreises Linz. 1930, 1976 und 1990 renoviert.
Seit 1624 stand an dieser Stelle ein älteres Bürger- und Gerichtshaus.
An der Rückseite befindet sich ein barockes Steinkreuz von 1667.
