Description
Deutsch: Angebot einer Wohnung in Erfurts Arnstädter Straße 1, Ecke Bismarckstraße, im Sommer 1907. Es ist nicht belegt, ob es sich dabei um die ab etwa 1907 von Alfred und Thekla Hess bewohnte Etagenwohnung im 2. Obergeschoss handelt, zumal im Inserat eine Angabe der Etage fehlt. Gleichwohl wird dadurch die damalige Charakterisierung dieser Wohnungen belegt. Das Gebäude gehörte dem inserierenden Apotheker, der seine Hirschapotheke im Erdgeschoss betrieb, aber nicht selbst im Gebäude wohnte.
