Summary
[edit]DescriptionEpitope-mapping illustration-6-copy.png |
English: High-resolution epitope maps of two therapeutic antibodies against the HER2 protein (green and blue spheres), as well as a previously unidentified epitope against a new antibody (orange spheres). Epitopes were determined using shotgun mutagenesis epitope mapping. Epitope maps provide data that support intellectual property, including patent requirements to demonstrate novelty, non-obviousness, and a detailed written description. |
