Summary

[edit]
Description

Cells stick to one another to form membranes that regulate the flow of nutrients into and out of the body. These kidney cells express proteins that function in cell-cell adherence tagged with either a green or red fluorescent protein. These proteins are critical in maintaining the shape of the organs inside our bodies.
