Dansk: Udsnit af epitafiet efter ridder Johann (II.) Hilchen von Lorch og hustru Elsgin von Walderdorff i sognekirken Skt. Martin, Lorch, Tyskland.
Indskriften lyder i oversættelse: "Det herrens år 1512. På fredagen efter Jacobi døde Ernvest Johan(n) Hilchen von Lorch, og den følgende tirsdag døde jomfru Elsgin vo(n) Wallerdorf, hans ægteviede hustru. Måtte Gud være nådig og barmhjertig. Amen."
