| Description |
English: Entrance to Brighouse Swimming Baths Dated 1913, in the days when men and women were strictly segregated and had separate entrances. Unfortunately the baths are closed and unlikely to reopen. A new pool is promised as part of the redevelopment of the area, but that probably means that this building will be demolished. Perhaps some of the stone-carving might be incorporated into the new building. |
