Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Entire roasted chicken in Ankara. In Turkey, roasted chicken is served, generally, in halves; but there are working class or student restaurants which may also serve it in pieces (drumstick etc) or "quarter"s. People, especially in weekends, like to take home an entire one to eat without home-cooking. Generally they sell it with rice ("pilav"), salad and "pide" (flatbread) in restaurants or specialized cooking points. If not, you make your own salad etc.
