Entering I-95/New Jersey Turnpike, heading south at Exit 8 in East Windsor Township, NJ. Note the traffic going north is congested with major delays being experienced due to rubbernecking from a hazardous waste spill in the southbound lanes between Exits 8A (Monroe) and 8 (E. Windsor)
