La cuiller est un manche en section circulaire pourvu d'un anneau d'accroche à son extrémité. Hauteur 1 (max) cm largeur 3.4 (max) cm, longueur 18.7 cm. Cette cuillère à énocter ou enocteur est utilisée pour la pêche à la morue pour retirer la coulée de sang du poisson.
English: The enocteur is made up of a single metal piece forming a slightly concave flat part. The spoon is a handle in a circular section with a hanging ring at its end. Height 1 (max) cm, width 3.4 (max) cm, length 18.7 cm. This bloodletting spoon or enocteur is used for cod fishing to remove the bloodline from the fish.

Il cucchiaio è un manico di sezione circolare dotato di un anello appendi a sua estremità. Altezza 1 (max) cm, larghezza 3,4 (max) cm, lunghezza 18,7 cm. Questo cucchiaio enocteur è utilizzato per la pesca del merluzzo per rimuovere la vena di sangue dal pesce.
