日本語:醍醐寺や称名寺に残る指図を分析したところ、中川寺成身院本堂は五間二面であった可能性があり、その姿は野洲市の円光寺本堂と似ていたかもしれないことが指摘されている（冨島義幸「推定中川寺成身院指図について」（醍醐寺文化財研究所「研究紀要」21,2006））。
