[edit]DescriptionEngines of Efficiency 1107th TASMG repairs, reships, reallocates.jpg | Army Sgt. Eric J. Snyder, an aircraft structural repairer for the 1107th Theater Aviation Sustainment Maintenance Group, 143d Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), 1st Theater Sustainment Command, drives a tractor into a shipping container March 17, 2014, at Patton Army Airfield in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Since 2003 tools, vehicles, equipment, machinery and bench stock have accumulated at Camp Arifjan as units and missions phased in and out of theater. In addition to repairing helicopter engines, the 1107th TASMG is tasked with sorting, tagging and shipping thousands of items to U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command at Redstone Arsenal, Ala., for resdistribution or directly to units that urgently need tools, parts and machinery to conduct various missions. | ||
