Description
English: The façade of the Enfield Central Library stands in Cecil Road, Enfield EN2 6TW. Originally the Carnegie Library, it was opened in July 1912. The library was rebuilt in 2010 by architects Shepheard Epstein, but this aspect of the old building was preserved.
