Description
Deutsch: Veranstaltung „Energiewende im Kopf“, 11.-12. Februar 2014 in Haus Witten

Die Energiewende, die den Übergang zu einer klimaverträglichen Gesellschaft gewährleisten soll, wird in erster Linie mit technologischen Innovationen in Verbindung gebracht. Die Erfahrungen der EnergieAgentur.NRW zeigen jedoch, dass erfolgreicher Klimaschutz nicht nur vielfältige technische, sondern auch fundierte nicht-technische Kenntnisse und Kompetenzen erfordert: Um Verhalten, Einstellungen und Haltungen der Menschen klimaschutzwirksam zu verändern, benötigen Klimaschutzakteur/innen eine Veränderungskompetenz, die auch auf Erkenntnissen von Fachrichtungen jenseits der Energietechnik beruht, bspw. der Psychologie oder der Organisationsentwicklung. Denn die Menschen müssen die Energiewende auch in den Köpfen vollziehen.
