Title
End & Side Scraper
Description
English: A mottled grey/brown coloured piece of flint, likely derived from a local beach pebble. The dorsal face appears to have been struck on all edges, with the right margin set at a steeper angle until reaching the left side of the distal end. The left margin is more concave with some possible indications of micro knapping having taken place along its edge. The proximal end has been struck several times on both the dorsal and ventral sides, in what appears to be an attempt to blunt the edge of the piece. The ventral face exhibits the conchoidal waves, which eminate from the still present bulb of percussion. The artefact appears to be an end and side scraper.
