Description
Română: Emanoil Lupașcu a fost un colonel român încadrat la Pulberăria Armatei. Lupașcu a fost și primul președinte al Federației Române de Handbal după desprinderea acesteia, la 1 octombrie 1936, din cadrul Federației Române de Baschet și Volei. El a ocupat această funcție de două ori: prima dată între 1936-1939, a doua oară în 1940, mandatul său fiind întrerupt de un scurt mandat al lui Dan Simionescu-Râmniceanu.
English: Emanoil Lupașcu was a Romanian colonel who held management positions at the Army Powder Industry. Lupașcu was also the first president of the Romanian Handball Federation after its separation, on October 1, 1936, from the Romanian Basketball and Volleyball Federation. He held this position twice: the first time between 1936-1939, the second time in 1940, with a break during a short mandate of Dan Simionescu-Râmniceanu.
