Description
English: This image was captured on July 3, 2021 around 17:10 UTC by the Suomi satellite and it shows Tropical Storm Elsa and the surrounding areas that it impacted or is expect to impact. Elsa was a Category 1 hurricane that passed through the Lesser Antilles the day before on July 2. Now since then it has been downgraded back down to a tropical storm, when this image was captured it was about to affect the Tiburon Peninsula of Haiti. It is expected to pass north of Jamaica and make landfall in Cuba on July 4, then it is expected to make landfall in Florida on July 6.
