Summary
[edit]DescriptionElmridge.jpg |
English: Picture of Elmridge (or Elm Ridge, or James Gardiner Coffin House, or John Walker House) located at the corner of Beaver Street and Camp Meeting Road in Leetsdale, Pennsylvania, on November 14, 2009. The house was built around 1869, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Architect: Isaac Hobbs. Builder: David Kerr. Plan published in Hobbs Architecture, 1873. Architectural style: Italianate.
The house is on private property with a sign that says "private drive, no trespassing". This picture was taken from Beaver Street. There are many trees in front of the house obstructing ones view of the property, even during the cooler months of the year. Nevertheless, one can see that it is a large, old house. If anyone manages to get a nicer picture, feel free to replace this image with a better one. |
