Elmer Oldrin Billard. Elmer Oldrin Billard died at his home 44 Bedford Place yesterday, at 3:45 a.m., after a prolonged illness. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Lillian G. Billard, and daughter, Miss Bertha M. Billard. Mr. Billard was born on July 29, 1862, Patchogue, Long Island, the son of the, late Joshua Y., and Mary Oldrin Billard. He had made his home in Stamford since early boyhood and was the senior steward of Union Lodge Number 5, A. and F. M. and a member of the Order of Moose. He also lead membership in the Men's Class of the Methodist Church. Funeral service will he from the Masonic Temple, Sunday, at 2 p.m.. Internment at Woodland Cemetery.
