Description
English: A lush bevy of ornate detailing covers the façade of the Ellicott Square Building in downtown Buffalo, New York, a small part of the Main Street façade of which is seen in this June 2015 photo. The intricate carvings on one of the pairs of columns flanking the entrance are matched by the relief carvings of torches, swag and roaring lion's head, diapering, fluting, and Corinthian capital on the cast-iron lamp post in between.
