English: Elks Building (1916), also known as the Brunner Building, 2-10 South Jefferson Street / 100 East Third Street, southeast corner. Albert Pretzinger and Edward P. Musselman, Dayton, OH, architects. Built for Adam Schantz, Jr. Contributing property to the Fire Blocks Historic District, NRHP October 15, 1992.
