Summary
[edit]DescriptionEliot Chapel, First Unitarian Church of Portland's 1924 building (2011).jpg |
The First Unitarian Church of Portland's 1924 Colonial-style building, at SW 12th & Salmon in downtown Portland, is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, but nowadays is known as Eliot Chapel by church members, after having ceased to be used as the congregation's main sanctuary in 1979. At that time, the church purchased an adjacent building to the south (not visible here) and began using it for their regular Sunday services.
