| Description |
English: Elenydd moorland on Pen Rhiwclochdy, Ceredigion The straw coloured tussock grass up here is comfortably navigable during a dry warm March week, but the new growth during a wet summer will green, boggy and hard work to walk on! This particular area has had little or no grazing on it for more than a decade. I remember walking across it during a hot April in the early 1980s from Rhandirmwyn and it was covered in short cropped grass, and progress was easy. |
