r abwärts der Ast für den M. gracilis ge-troffen werden: der M. adductor magnus wird direkt am Innen-rand des Oberschenkels hinten gereizt. Die Gesässmuskeln werden wegen der tiefen Lage der Nervendirekt erregt: zeitweilig findet man am unteren Rande der Hinter-backe einen dem N. glutaeus infer. angehörigen Punkt. Durch einen starken Strom und sehr festes Eindrücken der Elek-trode ist es manchmal möglich, den N. ischiadicus zwischen Trochantermaior und Tuber ischii am unteren Rande des grossen Gesässmuskelszu erregen und dadurch eine Beugung des Unterschenkels und eineZusammenziehung der dort und am Fuss befindlichen Muskeln zu be-bewirken (schmerzhaft).
