Route. In physical features the new road is somewhat unique, atleast in comparison with other electric lines in New England. It is built entirely upon a private right of way; the heaviestgrade is about 1.5 per cent and the sharpest curve has aradius of 1,042 feet. Fast running is there-fore out of the question, except where the character of road-bed and track construction on the private right of way is sufficiently substantial to permil speeds of 40 miles per hourand upwards.
