The Atlantic City & Shore Railroad at present consists ofthree divisions: First, the Central Passenger Railway, com-prising a loop in Atlantic City, on Virginia, Adriatic, and SouthCarolina avenues, touching the Boardwalk on the first andlast named avenues; second, the Atlantic Avenue & Long-port division, between Inlet and Longport, with a boat lineoperating between Longport and Ocean City; third, the OceanCity division, a high-speed line between Atlantic City andOcean City, which is operated in various parts by the thirdrail, catenary and ordinary overhead conductors.
