Español: El bandido Shi Jin, personaje de la novela Shuihu Zhuan (En la ribera) escrita por el autor chino Shi Naian (1296-1372). Fue apodado Kumonryu (Nueve dragones) debido a su elaborado tatuaje. Primero fue capturado por bandidos que atacaron su aldea, y luego lo persuadieron para que se uniera a ellos. Se convirtió en un héroe popular porque el grupo de forajidos con el que actuaba amenazaba a funcionarios y nobles corruptos. En la tradición china el número nueve se relaciona con el dragón, y es considerado un número imperial; solo a los funcionarios de alto rango se les permitía usar nueve dragones en sus túnicas, aparte del emperador. Por lo que el tatuaje del personaje era un desafío a la autoridad imperial, que se castigaba con la muerte.
