Description
Deutsch: Ganzer Neugroschen (Zehnpfennigstück) 1861 Revers Johann König von Sachsen (1854-1873)

Rand und Stempelstellung: beidseitig schmales Randstäbchen mit anliegendem Kreis aus voneinander getrennten Perlen, Kante glatt mit vertieften Vierecken; Kehrprägung
Münzgesetz und Münzfuß: Prägung als Scheidemünze im 34½-Taler-Münzfuß gemäß § 5 der modifizierten Münzverfassung von 1857 in Übereinstimmung mit Artikel 14 des Wiener Münzvertrages und Absatz 3 des Nachtrags zur besonderen protokollarischen Übereinkunft von 1857 mit 238,05 Stück aus dem Zollpfund bei einem Feinsilbergehalt von 230‰, damit 1.035 Stück aus dem feinen Zollpfund, Feingewicht = 0,483 g und Raugewicht = 2,100 g; niedrigeres Gewicht wurde am Durchmesser eingespart, unter 18 mm
Münzstätte und Prägezeitraum: Prägung nur 1861 Münzstätte Dresden, Münzmeister Gustav Julius Buschick (1860-1887) Gesamtauflage = 394.755 Stück im Wert von 13.159 Taler = 0,04% Anteil an Gesamtmünzproduktion des Landes im Zeitraum von 1857 bis 1873 (ohne Goldmünzen).
Wert und Unterteilung: = 1/30 Taler im 30-Taler-Münzfuß = 10 Pfennige im 34½-Taler-Münzfuß; Annahmepflicht als Zahlungsmittel bis zu einem Betrag von unter 1/6-Taler = 5 Neugroschen. Eintausch an öffentlichen Kassen in Kurantmünzen ab einem Betrag von 20 Talern möglich.
Außerkurssetzung:

Nach Einführung der Reichswährung gemäß Artikel 15 Nr. 3 Münzgesetz Zahlungsmittel zum Wert von 10 Pfennig bis zur Außerkurssetzung ab 01. Juni 1876 zum gleichen Wert.
Gewicht: 2,08 g Durchmesser: 17,37 mm Dicke: 0,72 mm
