| Description |
English: Eilean na Faoileag. Aptly named island, the gulls found me before I reached Loch Glass. A nest site for common gulls (Larus canus), out of reach of ground predators.
Something has happened to the loch, it now has a tidemark around it like a drawn down hydro reservoir. Also the 1:25000 map shows the weir and bridge near the outflow has been removed - has Loch Glass been restored to its natural state? |
